We fell hard for the girlish, yet composed nature of Orla Kiely’s tea-stained party dress. Rows of bitty daisies and a structured layer of silk netting keep the bell of this skirt (and overall frock) full and fancy-free. Button closure. Silk; silk lining. Dry clean. Imported.

sweet but no give
I was drooling over this dress for weeks and finally clicked the order button. I bought a 4 as other reviews said it ran small. I am 5'4" and 124 lbs - slender. But this dress was too small across my back and I will need a 6. My fiance wasn't thrilled w. the dress because it was too "poofy". Also, the dress arrived all wrinkled and creased. Its a shame because of the material -- which has NO GIVE - its a netting type cloth, I am not sure you can iron it. Sadly, the search continues.
